Service Terms
Grievances and Claims

All grievances and claims must be reported within 48 hours of travel completion for proper resolution.

Night Charges

Night charges of approximately ₹300 apply for services between 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Pickup Schedule

Pickup may be delayed due to traffic conditions or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

Driver Information

Driver details are shared 2 hours before departure for standard bookings and 1 hour before departure for bookings made within 6 hours of departure time.

Vehicle Type

We do not commit to any specific fuel type. Electric vehicles (EV) are provided based on availability in your area.

Travel Policies
Restrictions
  • • Pets are not allowed inside the cab
  • • No modifications allowed for Onaway and local bookings
  • • One-way trips: driver will not stop more than 30 minutes
Customer Responsibility
  • • Responsible for own travel schedule
  • • Must collect receipts for tolls and extra charges
  • • No compensation for missed connections
Billing and Charges
Minimum Kilometers

Minimum kilometers chargeable per day varies by city (250-300 km depending on location).

Calendar Day Definition

Calendar day is defined as 6:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight. Additional day charges apply for late drop-offs.

Refund Policy

Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded if the booking is cancelled. Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy for more information.
