Bookings for the following special occasions cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

Pongal
Diwali

EazyGo reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
